An Open Letter
I want all of you, every single one of you cowards, to know that my life’s mission is to make sure each of you feels 10x the pain you’ve caused me. Careers ended, life savings eliminated, dreams crushed, marriages wrecked, kids traumatized, friends lost and a state of depression that words cannot express.
Instagram Stories
Every night I post a message to my Instagram Story. I also have people that stalk me around the internet and actively try to ruin my life. They’ll never win though because good things don’t happen to terrible people.
IG Post: Finding Our Confidence
Finding our confidence is incredibly important to feeling good about ourselves.
People Pleasing and Parenthood
This is a great post for those of us that have been and are currently people-pleasers. I wanted to look at this from the POV as a parent and how we can engage in people-pleasing behaviors with our children.
Instagram Stories 2/26 and 2/27: Discipline, Indulgence and Boundaries

This post of my Instagram Stories from 2/25/23 and 2/26/23 discusses my appreciation for poker as a learning tool, creating recipes, gluten free apple crisp and finally my attempt at saying the word meteorological, which was a massive fail.
Instagram Story: A Peek Into My Mind
Every night I post a photo of the Washougal River with a collection of my thoughts from the day. I try to correlate these thoughts to some kind of mental health pursuit.
2023: You Are Ready To Soar
So here we are, the first week of a brand new year. It’s refreshing, a new year, giving each of us, including you, an opportunity to give yourself a new starting point. We hear a lot about goal setting and vision boards and resolutions and then inevitably somebody like me comes along and tells you that you don’t need all of those things blah blah blah.
Hate Thy Neighbor: Commissions Rule Everything Around Me
How Dawn Beaudoin of Realty One Group Cascadia got me fired from Evergreen Home Loans to make a commission. Tyler McMahon sat back because he cares more about commissions than his employees.
Five Things I’d Never Tell a Person Trying to Lose Weight
Losing weight, weight loss, dieting, and any other eleventy million words, acronyms, or cliches we use to describe dropping pounds can bring anxiety to many of us that have battled weight challenges in our life. Until you’ve looked in the mirror and felt rage, anger, shame, disgust, embarrassment, and sadness at the reflection staring back at you, then you’re probably not qualified to give us an opinion we likely don’t want anyways.
Education: The Gift That Keeps on Giving
I strongly believe education is the cornerstone of success for both people and the society they live in. This is why I believe it would be far more prudent to invest in the future of education by funding community colleges and trade schools for a minimum of two years for each student that earns a diploma or GED. There should also be a civic service requirement for each student that takes advantage of the program so the return on investment begins immediately while building civic pride in the student.
